Why is my MacBook slow to respond, freezes when closing applications, and returns to normal after sleep mode?

I dont understand before not like this and now every im turn on my macbook always slow respon i try to close the aplication macbook still i can’t close the aplication and every im sleep my macbook after that everythink normal again. Someone can explain what happened to macbook and how to fixed?

Please run Etrecheck and post its full report here. Use the "additional text" button and paste the report into the text box.

Also: test by starting your Mac in Safe Mode. Does it also show the same symptoms in Safe Mode?

From what is presented in your above image

I can see 9 Applications are active and running plus the Find My Mac has Alerted the user of something which it is trying to do visa vie the Spinning Globe

At least one of the applications appears to Google Chrome which is a Resource ( CPU ) and Memory HOG

I very much agree with what my colleague @ Luis Sequeira1 has suggested
