How do I get a free pro djay mix?

It does not appear the developer has a free option. They determine what upgrades are available for their apps and how much they cost, and that is how they are supported to continue and develop software. I doubt they would have any incentive to put the work and expense of designing the software without any form of compensation. Is that what you are seeing too?
