Apple services and apps on iPhone don't recognize mobile data
System apps and features won't recognize mobile data as internet connection.
The apps include: Apple Music, Settings, iCloud services, App Store, notifications.
App store displays thumbnails, apps and information, but can't download anything unless connected to WiFi.
Apple Music displays songs, thumbnails, titles and lyrics, but won't play music and displays a "resource unavailable" message.
Notifications only pop up when the phone is connected to WiFi.
When checking for a software update using mobile data, an errors occurs. When downloading a software update with mobile data, the device asks for an internet connection.
Basically every Apple service works as intended only when connected to WiFi.
I have tried:
- Restarting my phone
- Reinstalling Apple Music
- Resetting my network settings
- Allowing mobile data usage for all apps
- Switching the Data Mode and Voice & Data in settings
- Placing the SIM card in a different device (iPhone 13)
- Deleting any custom configurations, VPNs and DNS services
The iPhone model is iPhone 16e, the problem persists IOS 26.0. Any non-apple service or app works perfectly fine with mobile data. The problem occurred spontaneously, without any settings being changed. Please help!
