Fitness app, peloton app nor workout app track on watch

Fitness app, peloton app nor workout app open on watch. Activity rings are not tracking. This has been going on for over three weeks now. I have to restart phone and watch every morning and watch then wait 10-20 minutes before the apps start to work. This morning it has been an hour and nothing works.

All apps, watch and phone are up to date.
