I really dislike everything about this new update on my iPhone . Is there anyway to remove the entire update ? I don’t like the Liquid Glass look and I’m not happy that now I can’t look at all the pictures sent in a message thread like you could before this newest update .

No. There is no way to downgrade. It has never been supported. And of course you can still look at all the photos associated with a message thread. Open the message. Tap the name at the top. Tap photos. Boom. All the photos in that thread will all be there.
