how do i recover messages from my phone if they were permanently deleted?

You can recover permanently deleted messages ONLY if:
- They’re still in Recently Deleted, OR
- You have an iCloud backup from before deletion, OR
- You have a Mac/PC backup, OR
- They still exist on another device not yet synced.
If none of these exist, the messages cannot be recovered.
