Translation:
"I keep getting notifications from Safari saying that Safari is infected and that the system is under attack, what should I do?"
Where are these notifications popping up? In the upper right hand corner of your screen? If so those are notifications from websites that you have visited and somehow gave permission to sent notifications. They are bogus. To get rid of the go into Safari's Website setting and do the following:

Somewhere along the path, claidiagagliadi was offered and had accepted notifications, and now no longer wishes to receive those notifications.
The notifications were advertising. The advertisements are usually for some sketchy or unnecessary apps.
No hacks. No viruses. No security issues. It’s all just advertising.
What Old Toad showed will both clear the notifications, and will also prevent any future offers of these notifications.
Remember, no one, not even Apple can "see" what is on your computer unless you have granted them remote access. All such messages are fake.

Stop unwanted Notifications - Apple Community appears to be applicable in this case.
