On my new iPhone 16, all my songs have downloaded and appear in Music and even play when offline, but are not showing in the downloads file, as I want to make a ringtone of one of my songs. This is a tad frustrating, and I don't know what to do, can anyone help

See Create and manage ringtones - Apple Community. Your purchases and transferred songs do not show up in the Files app in iOS. You can copy files in separately using iCloud Drive or generate ringtones on your computer and then add them to your device.

Read the article again. It does not refer to any download file while using Apple Music.
All songs are downloaded and play offline and are not dimmed, and the songs I want to use are from my cds or bought downloads, the files, though, i don't know where they are they do not show in the downloads file
