Update to 26.2 damaged Epson Printer connection & Drivers

Just installed OS Tahoe 26.2 and my Epson ET-3750 printer has disappeared and I am not able to get this new OS to find it.

Does not show up through Printers&Scanners on its own

Does not show up through Epson Connect Printer Setup program

Does connect through ip address in Printers & Scanners, but will not print any pages except for corrupted driver text. Strings of code, line after line, page after page.

Does show ink levels and status when connected via IP.

I have tried all available options within printers&scanners for setup on this computer.

The printer will print from both android phones, a windows 11 laptop, and an older 2011 iMac running an older version of macOS

iMac 24″, macOS 26.2

Did you try the latest drivers from Epson?

Did you try removing the printer and adding it back on holding the Option key as you add it?

The Option key addition works to enable Airprint via Gutenprint (built-in open source drivers). The downside of open source drivers are more limited printer tools, but the upside is often better compatibility.

If the printer is hooked up via WiFi, have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting the printer to the same WiFi network?

Have you tried connecting the printer directly via USB to see if it makes a difference?

Have you tried printing to PDF using the Save as PDF first, and then printing the PDF from the Preview application?

If AirPrint was working before the macOS 26.2 update..?

Reset the iMac's Printing System and Re-Adding the Epson Printer.

Reset the printing system on your Mac to solve a problem - Apple Support

Add a printer to your printer list so you can use it on Mac - Apple Support

FWIW we have an earlier ET-2750 and never installed Epson Connect or Epson Drivers for AirPrint.
