How do I fix Kill Switch blocking internet access on iMac?

Kill Switch seems to be blocking me from getting on the internet; I am using an iMac; I can restart and then get on the internet [for how long, I don't know]; then somewhere along the line I am NOT able to get online; I believe it to be the "Kill Switch"; any way to neutralize the "Kill Switch"?

If you have a VPN installed then remove it. Make sure you use their uninstaller, otherwise you are likely to just leave remnant files behind if you just drag it to the trash.

If you are not sure what third party apps you have installed that may be interfering with your internet connection, then post the free EtreCheck report using the Additional Text option when posting.
