Outgoing mail not dispatched but stuck in outbox
Outgoing mail gets stuck in outgoing mailbox with «not accepted address» Address is legit; used before, belongs to registered contact and message posted as answer to incoming mail

You could try saving the contents of the email if it's text. I then would suggest you remove the email account from mail and re-add it to Mail.
