How to get a refund from Spark on iPhone?

Please be more descriptive than "not working". What are you trying? What error messages do you see, or where does what you are trying fail to do something you anticipate?

Which exact app are you using? I see multiple ones calling themselves Spark-something.

1. Sign in to https://reportaproblem.apple.com

2. Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."

3. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.

4. Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit.
