Compressor misidentifies 50fps video as 29.97fps

Question related to Apple Compressor.

Hi, i first searched to see if i can find the issue in the old posts but couldnt hence creating anew post.

Observation: I have a 8K 360 @50 frame video in .mp4 that i shot using DJI osmo 360 ( and used DJI studio to convert osv file into 8k .mp4 file ). i just added text on it in FCP. then i realised something weird. Compressor did NOT automatically recognise the video as 50 frames, instead it chose 29.97 on its own. Quick player info option shows the file as 50 frame and even insta 360 studio recognises the file as 50 frame. Any reason you can think why compressor doesnt identify the video as 29.97 automatically and i have to manually change it.

Why am i asking this? this is because the output that has come out of compressor is very choppy.. and it seems I have tried to upconvert from 30p to 50P. unusable footage.

I am going to share a small file later today to help you suggest something but still thought of posting to see if someone else faced this issue and what could be done...
