I cannot open the app store on my new Ipad6. The app store is not down as I can use it on my iPhone.

every time I try to open the ap store I get the same message that it cannot open it. I have reset the ipad 3 times, turned the auto off on the clock as other sites have suggested, tried live chat at apple and no one was there. I also changed my password as I thought maybe I had used the wrong one. I just don't know what else to try.
Great news! I finally worked out what was wrong. In the end I couldn't get App Store on any device, Netflix, Zoomtak, Telstra Tv, the reason being was our network had done some work last Thursday night and for some reason I can no longer use the 5G, (it was great of them to let me know). Once I took the 5G off all of my devices I can now use them all. :) Thanks so much for trying to help me.
What is the full text of the message that you got ? And have you tried on a different network ?

Have you tried : If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or Apple Books - Apple Support ?
What happens, and what have you tried ?
The exact message is CANNOT CONNECT TO APP STORE. I cannot connect to another network only my provider.
