How do I change from grid view, & how can I delete apps off the Apple Watch series 4 I’ve tried everything, from reset it four times, cutting it off removing it from my phone, it’s just not allowing me to press hard enough to change view or delete apps

To change from grid view force touch on the home screen. To delete apps for your Apple Watch simply lightly touch and hold the app you want to remove.

That’s odd. Try going to the watch app on your phone and selecting the app you want to remove and un-select “Show app on apple watch”
I tried it but it’s still not allowing me to change grid or delete app, but the apps are doing their little dance, but still will not allow me to access deleting any apps, but I really appreciated your help it’s just not working
