Is there update for me to used ECG in U.S with my Apple Watch Series 4

HI. I bought a Apple Watch4 for few month ago in South Korea. and then, I came to U.S few month ago. However, I cannot use the ECG. I though that ECG Lock is the Regional Lock. Is there update for me to used ECG in U.S with my Apple Watch 4
