I am getting the dreaded black box gray questionmark error "missing file. Try importing the source file again".
However, when I try to import the source file again, nothing happens. Does anyone know a fix for this? Movie is completed edited and voiceover recored to the right timing so really hoping I don't have to do the entire thing again.

Try importing the file to your desktop and then dragging it into the timeline of your project.
