Users advance to higher levels by receiving “Helpful” or “Solved” points from other users. That means a level 9 user has provided excellent advice and service to many users over the years. Years ago the number of posts also contributed to the levels bu that changed a few years ago. Now only helpful or solved points advances you, a much better indicator of the reliability of that user. Bottom line? @rbylawski is a good source of accurate information.
