Verify that Airplane mode is off.
Verify that you are connected to a network with internet, either Wi-Fi or cellular.
Verify Settings﹥Cellular﹥[ᴄᴇʟʟᴜʟᴀʀ ᴅᴀᴛᴀ] TV﹥On (if you want full functionality when on cellular).
Try turning off Wi-Fi and Cellular, then turn them back on. Either in Settings, or in Control Center.
I have attached picture of the Apple app tv page as you can see is nothing displayed ,
yes I’m authorised , nothing change If I delete the app or restart my iPhone ,
