The arrow for display on list view, disappear

I have a folder that doesn't display the arrow to display contents on list view and of course all the internal folders have content. I already check if there's a special option on view options and none indicates that this is caused by an option. I also Restart the Finder and the computer, still happens.

Help!!

It is not that obvious & got stuck with this myself.

Finder > Toolbar > Arrange.

Select: None

Or, from View Options (Cmd -J) Arrange By: None:
