Hello Janhavi,

You said that you have "Tried All Troubleshooting steps Multiple times". If ALL of that did not work then it is time to have your iPhone examined at an Apple Authorized Serviced Center when it opens. You can even contact Apple support: ➔  Contacting Apple for support and service including international calling numbers.

Your iPhone 11 is less than one year old and is therefore covered by the Apple 1YR Limited Warranty (US) so have it examined at the Apple Store or at an authorized service center and take advantage of it.

If you are in the mood to try the below troubleshoot step then do so-

Force Restart the phone:

  • Press and quickly release Volume UP button
  • Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
  • Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF)
