My iphone 11 pro max keep restarting, even when it is in the charger. I already did a hard reset and soft reset, turned it off and on but nothing works. I don’t know what to do anymore. Within a minute or two, it just shut off without warning and than it turns itself on again.

Everytime i connect it to my computer, it just keep shutting off. So it doesn’t have time to do anything. I even let it charge without touching it all night but nothing. I dont even have this phone for 6 months
In that case it looks like you have a hardware problem, click on the Get Support link at the top right of this page to start the service process.
Did you try connecting it to your computer and restoring it from your backup?
