I believe that my phone has been compromised by someone that had access to my phone and my laptop. He was able to do so by attacking my google accounts. Can I I tell me what my options are in order to fix this problem?

I believe that my phone has been compromised, they gained access through my gmail accounts. Both my laptop (non apple) and my phone have been glitching. Is there anything you can digest for me to do in order to correct this issue?

I am not EXACTLY sure what you are experiencing to conclude that your devices have been compromised. There is a surefire best bet to regain control of your accounts and that is by resetting the passwords to all your Google accounts and also resetting the password to your Apple ID. That should end it. This recommendation is based on your initial post. Thanks.
