Is there a way to tell if my iPhone is being hacked?

Hello I recently had an android and I’m pretty sure I was hack or a spy app installed on that phone. I decided to switch to apple cause I heard they had better Security. My concern though is that since I logged on to my gmail from my previous phone that my current iPhone may have be subjected to that spyware. I was wondering if there is a way to tell if my iPhone is under attack? Thank you for your time.

Your phone has not been hacked unless you have allowed it to be used by others who have malicious intent. It is more likely that it may have had malware installed if you have not been careful about which sites you visit and what you download. Perhaps your account has been compromised. See this link...
