green glitches

Phone was water damage with cracked front screen during storm. Now having green glitches appear throughout use and in upper right hand corner where crack is. Is this dangerous to use? What are next steps?

Next step is to click on the Contact Support link at the top of this page to start the service process and do an out-of-warranty replacement of your iPhone. iPhone Repair - Official Apple Support
