microsoft 365 personal

Hi,

In may i paid for a one year subscription on microsoft 365 personal on the app store through my macbook.

I then did a factory setting of my macbook pro recently. When i go into settings and my apple ID when I see my subscription it does say i have a paid one year microsoft 365 personal however I cannot find it on the app store.

Can someone please help its urgent as having this is vital for my work !

Dear Eric Root thank you. I actually spent my day contacting apple support who then sent me to microsoft support who in return sent me back to apple. Basicaly I am receiving zero help from apple support I paid even one year worth of subscription for microsoft 365 which is vital for my work and I cannot access it because the app store does not recognise that I have a licence.
