Well, if the app is no longer in your App Store, all the above applies. Google search your developer. Otherwise, your information will be lost.

If the app is in your App Store, be certain you’re running the current app version (as well as the latest iOS version).

I was unable to find an app named "Recipe Book" in the (U.S.) App Store.

If you’re in the U.S., since it’s no longer in the Store, the app is no longer supported. Seek advice from the developer’s website.
