I didn't get the appel watch yet./

I had a problem with the Apple Watch, so I went to the Dallas Galleria store twice and complained about it. I didn't fix the first day, so I went back to the next Tuesday. I signed up and waited for the employee to change it to a new one, but after 4 days I didn't come, so I called but didn't answer.

And I checked the mail. I sent an email stating that a new watch will be repaired, not replaced. I am angry. Please let me know when my watch arrives and when it is coming to my house. Customer service is not too uncomfortable and friendly.
