Apple Card and Apple pay Question

I had an iPhone XR it got damaged so I now have an iPhone 12. I was able to use the sim and then use the iCloud backup so I have everything EXCEPT my wallet. I can just re add the cards I had in but how do I put Apple pay and Apple card back?

I don't see any info on this as I have an account for these already.

Anyone?
