Wi-Fi & Bluetooth turn on auto

is everyone have the same thing that WiFi and bluetooth turn on automaticlly alone
even if i turn it off
it back auto on

If you turn them off from the Control Center you are not really turning them off; those buttons in the control center just disconnect from the current Wi-Fi and current Bluetooth devices. They will re-enable if you move to a new location, or the next morning. If you really want them to stay off go to Settings and turn them off in Settings.
