How to pullup all call's going out for the month. It only show up to 2 weeks.

The iPhone does not have a call log. It has a Recent Calls list that is 100 entries long; if it is showing 2 weeks that means you have made or received 100 calls in that time. Your carrier has an 18 month call log that you can access by logging in to the user portal or by using their iPhone app (if they have one).
