Apple Store and iTunes is disabled

I just noticed when I tried downloading ChaseApp banking, it won’t let me do nothing for the fact that it’s telling me (apple store/ ITunes is disabled which I have no clue of why. I need to have it fix immediately. I can not go in person for the fact of my work schedule is so busy and I don’t get days off. PleaS help me fix this issue I need to download apps

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," there might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file.


When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help.
