I need help with this please my phone has been in this state for almost 6 hours and the battery hasn't gone down. i keep restarting my phone but the same screen pops back up. What should I do?

Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
