eharmony subscription issue

I am not being able to subscribe to eharmony thru my app. Everytime i try it i get this msg: it looks like you already have an active eharmony subscription.

i dont know waht to do about it. I cant remember another subscription. Plese help. My dating life is a desert. Thx.

ah thank you so much it was really very simple!! i had disabled in app purchases. i wish instead of showing me that stupid msg, apple would just tell me that my in-app purchases are disabled. THANK YOU AGAIN!
