Eharmony subscription unavailability

Every time I go to pay premium for eharmony I always get the same message: “Sorry! Purchase is currently not available … please try again later” and it’s ******* me off, what do I do?

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities.


If you're unable to complete the purchase on your iPhone, make sure that you have a current and valid payment method on file. Check that your address is correct and matches the address on your payment method. Try connecting to a different network and making the purchase. If this continues, try to complete the purchase from a different device.


Add a payment method on your iPhone or iPad
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Media & Purchases, then tap View Account. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
4. Tap Manage Payments.
5. Tap Add Payment Method.
On iPhone, the Add Payment button appears below the list of payment methods.    
 6. Enter the payment method details, then tap Done.
