Chase Mobile App Login Issues - Spinning Loading Icon - Corrupted Backup
Hello,
I recently upgraded to the iPhone 13 and am having issues with logging into the Chase mobile app. When I enter my username and password the loading icon just continues to spin. I am able to log in to my Chase account using the internet browser on my phone and also using my iPad app so it appears the issue is isolated to the Chase app on my phone. After reaching out to Chase I was able to regain temporary access by deleting the app from my phone, turning my phone off, and re-downloading the app, but this does not appear to be a permanent fix. Chase asked me if I recently purchased a new iPhone and let me know there was likely an issue with my backup being corrupted. It doesn't sound like I'm the only one they have heard from with this issue. Has anyone else had this issue or know of a permanent fix?
