iPhone13 Pro Battery’s Health Droped to 89

My iphone 13 pro which i bought In October dropped its battery health to 89% and it’s just 11 months old, not even a year.

Is this normal or i can get it fixed in apple?

Apple won’t replace the battery until it reaches 80% capacity.
