iCloud storage full
I keep getting emails and notifications that my iCloud storage is full and I need to upgrade. I have the 2TB plan and it is not full. Is this a phishing scam?

Re: Is this a phishing scam?
As we are all Apple users, like yourself, there is no-one here who can access your accounts or details to check.
We'd like to help, however.
Apple has some tips online to help with finding an answer:
Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store – Apple Support
or
To contact the iCloud Support Team
There is a Get Support link (or, if you want, download the support app) at the bottom of their website (link below).
iCloud - Official Apple Support
or
Apple phone numbers around the world
:Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
All the best :-)
