how to change keyboard binding focus mode to a different focus

Since getting the new Macbook Air, I noticed that you can now select a key to turn on a focus mode. This mode is set to the focus mode "Do Not Disturb" and I noticed that I do not really use that one, and instead I wanted to change it to a different focus mode that I customized instead. I do not have the standard function keys on, it turns on when I just press the F6 key with the "Do Not Disturb" icon on it. Is there any possible way to change that key to turn on a different focus mode instead of the already set "Do Not Disturb"? Thank you!

MacBook Air, macOS 13.1
