Command for "move focus to next window" not working MacBook Pro

Hi!


I'm working on Monterey on a MacBook Pro 2018 on a German keyboard.


I want to switch between open windows of the same app by keyboard shortcut. It says everywhere that cmd ` will switch focus to the next open window within an app. But I can't get it to work. Neither will cmd ^ or cmd <. I've tr

"Move focus to next window" is checked in the Keyboard settings.

Can anyone help?
