Apple TV always requires authentication

I'm using the Apple TV+ app on my Samsung TV. Before I can access shows, the app requires sign-in and authentication every time. Is there a way to resolve this? Thanks

AppleTV (app, not device) won't accept password Just signed up for the AppleTV app. I am able to sign in and view content on my phones, an older TV and several PCs, but not on our 6-month-old smart TV. Each time, I receive a message that the account information is incorrect (yes, same user ID and password, exactly). We'd like to share some guidance to help you with needing to sign in each time. If this is only isolated to the TV, we would recommend contacting Samsung to see if there are any options to help save login info. You can get started with Contact a third-party vendor - Apple Support on ideas on how to contact them.
