Payment has been made but apps crashed

Hi. I have made a payment for a year subscription with crewlounge pilotlog apps. Unfortunately the apps failed and crash but the payment already went through. Could you please check on your end? Thanks.

The Apple Support Community is a user-to-user technical forum. Contributors here are all end-users, just like you; nobody here has any access to your accounts, or the ability to verify App purchases.


Other than the Site Moderators, Apple neither monitor nor participate within the Support Community.

If you have a problem with an App Purchase, you should contact Apple Support directly. For purchased Apps, you should receive an email confirming the purchase. When received, this email will usually include a Report a Problem link - with which you can raise a query with Apple - and if necessary, request a refund for a non-functioning App.


Otherwise, the best method of contacting Apple Support is to use the excellent Apple Support App. If not already installed, the App can be downloaded from the App Store:
