I tap on the Ticketmaster App. Click Sign in. It gives the message "Ticketmaster" wants to Use "ticketmaster.com". I click on Continue and get a blank screen.
When use the App on my Samsung it allows me to sign in. I was able to use the app and download my tickets to the Google Wallet.

Have you ensured you are using the most current version of the app? Sometimes, deleting an app, then reinstalling it fixes issues with a 3rd party application, so have you tried to do that?
Since you don't say which iPhone model you own, the app does require an iPhone which is running iOS 15 or higher. This means you must own an iPhone 7 or newer and older iPhones such as iPhone 6 or older won't work with the Ticketmaster app.
If this is an issue with only the Ticketmaster app, contact the App Developer as there just may be an issue with the app itself. Apple doesn't own the TM app.

Settings -> Safari -> Advanced -> Block All Cookies (switch off, disable it)

I’m having the exact same issue on an iPhone 13 running the latest software update. I noticed I was logged out and needed to sign back in. I was taken to out of the app to auth.ticketmaster.com which was a blank screen. The app is not useable.
