How do I remove my Apple ID from a Mac Pro remotely?

I have repeatedly tried to get help trying to get a Mac Pro off of my Apple account due to the fact that whoever (ex boyfriend)has the Mac Pro (not me, I only have IPhone) they have my Appleid, they use a barcode so I can’t even sign in,they take over my email accounts all the time. I have sent Apple many screenshots. I am going to have to buy another phone, ruin my credit, all because I can’t get help from Apple to just secure my account and take a device that doesn’t belong there off my account. I have talked to Apple on the phone and even shown them the problem first hand with them on the phone. My life has been ruined. I’ve had this problem since October of 2023 so I ask you, will you help or just send me to another page?

it sounds overly-simplistic, but the way you deal with this is to go Online and change the Online Password on that Apple-ID. Then you just WAIT. (in the meantime, you will have to supply the new password on your own devices as well.)

EVENTUALLY that will cut off FUTURE access for devices that can not supply the new password.

The next time other devices try to use that Apple-ID AND the password needs to be re-entered, the NEW password will need to be supplied. Since devices no longer under your control do not have the NEW Apple-ID password, they will no longer have access to those services. But it may take until the gratuitous and annoying periodic 'please re-enter your password' demand comes up again. I think that might take a week or more.
