When user feedback mac computer can not access other windows computer at some time, where I can find log detail for the network problem? When I can not arrive it at the time, I need log file to analysis.

Apple has allowed the complexity of their logs to grow without bound. it is now impossible to use logs alone, without additional filtering software, to do anything. I recommend you use other means to find this issue, other than logs.
what are your GROSS sysmptoms? what do you try to do, what do you expect to happen? what happens instead, and how does this fall short of your expectations?
Not sure what the issue you’re facing is, but you can capture all logs by starting up a Console session. See Console User Guide for Mac - Apple Support. Hope this helps!
