My computer is locked up. It says to call Apple support. Someone is trying to get into my identity. I can’t get it to shut off or anything help. Can I speak to someone?

It is a Scam.... Apple does not send out messages or numbers to call.

To Shutdown hold the power button for 10 seconds or until the Mac shuts off.
Then startup in Safe Mode and follow the instructions in the provided support article above.
Only criminals "lock up" your computer, effectively holding it for ransom.
if Apple detected malware, it would neutralize the malware.
