Safety check manage sharing and access

When doing a safety check and access the manage sharing and access I get an error message

I’ve reset settings . Turned phone off and on. Same message .

recently ive lost access to Apple ID email won’t accept my password . Not sure if this is connected .

This has been happening to my iPhone for a while, signing out and back into my Apple ID does not fix it (the notification comes back after a few days). When I click "Continue" it asks for my iPhone's password (NOT my Apple ID password), then after I input the password the notification stays the same, no matter how many times I do it. I've also tried signing out on my MacBook Pro 2015 (13"), then signing out on the iPhone, and then signing back in on both, and no luck. I also own an iPad, but it does not seem to be affecting the process in any way, while I need my MacBook's password in order to sign in to my Apple ID. My iPhone is an SE 2020.

Can’t access my Apple ID on my phone or my Hotmail account mail access is greyed out so I can’t update the password I think I set up security settings to restrict my access to one device but I don’t know how to turn it off to make updates to my iPhone

Loss of email on several Apple devices About 12.31.2022, an email account was blocked (one of several). This is used in a group to be shared. To repair, I was able to re-enter the recorded password on one account (iPad) but when I did it for iPhone, provider deleted the account entirely (ENTIRELY). It took some time to recover with their help. I am still out on one device (iPhone). Provider did not state that they had deleted or corrupted our account password. That did not happen to Windows machines (proof). Attempt to re-enter password is not accepted by provider. What happened to all of our Apple devices?
