hey, so i have recently redeemed an apple gift card onto my apple account. i want to add my account as a payment method in the wallet app, so that the funds on this account can be used for apple pay on a third-party website (e.g. a clothes website) however it is saying that i could not get the account balance added to wallet at this time. has anyone else had this issue, and know how to solve it? thanks

Apple Account funds are only for the purchase of Apple products and services. They may only be used online at Apple.com/store and Apple Retail Stores. Please review the Apple Support article I linked below that explains what limitations and restrictions may be in place.
