How can I control "Always On" settings for Apple Watch?

I wear my Apple Watch 6 while sleeping and set the display to “Always Off”. My Apple Watch Ultra is for daytime wear I set it to “Always On”, but it also changes my aWatch6 to Always On. How do I make those settings independently so those specific settings don’t mirror each other?

A solution that comes to mind would be to create a shortcut in the Shortcuts app and use the "Set Always On" action specific to the Apple Watch. You could set the action as a toggle, meaning that every time you run the action it toggle between on and off:

You could then add the shortcut to the Apple Watch Smart Lists to quickly toggle Always On.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I have to disable it every night when putting it on. Then in the morning I have to re-enable it on my Ultra because when I disabled the 6, the night before, it also disabled the Ultra. Then in the morning when I enable the Ultra, it also enables the 6. I’d like those watch settings to be independent from each other. Every other setting on that page is independent and doesn’t affect the other watch, but not the Always On feature. 🤷🏼‍♂️
