Numbers issue when opened on a browser from iCloud

hello.

we share files within the company. I made a file called "Test".

Nobody opens in any browser. Of course it works in Numbers app, but we have people in our team who have different computers ( windows ) They log in to their www.ICloud.com and go to the website and we have problems.

They see the files of course on icloud.com. when they whant to open files have stopped loading and there is still "loading spreadsheets"and never ends.

Do we know what could be the reason? internet works etc.

Please, if possible, click on this "test" link, maybe it will open for you? but please not on app olny by a browser.

I don't know that to do.
